Presbyopia

Something funny happened on my way to a monocle...I got old. I really noticed this when reading out the names at last spring's award ceremonies - turns out when the paper you're reading is on a podium, you can't just extend your arms to bring everything into focus...

    Fortunately, reading glasses have changed so much from when our parents wore them. Today, you can find a pair that will make you appear distinguished, hip, smart or whatever look you want to achieve. Get an eye exam to rule out any other vision problems, then have fun with making reading glasses your new fashion accessory.

    It happens to the best of us. Over time, our eyes change shape and before you know it, we are blind as bats, lol. My vision is not the best either, I have been wearing glasses from the sixth grade onward, so, yeah, quite a while now that I think about it.
